Our appetizer buffet will be available to guests and the silent auction will open. Photography and games are available during this time as well.
Photography Studio - 6:00 to TBA
RACW Photographer, Shane Hayes, will have a photography studio set up for those wishing to take period photographs during the ball. Information to come.
Silent Auction - 6:00 to 8:30
Our silent auction items will be available for bid starting at 6pm. A reminder at 8pm will be given that bids will close at 8:30, and at 8:30 bidding will be finished for the evening.
Ball - 6:30 to 9:30
The Loosely Strung Band will begin the ball with a traditional Grand March at 6:30m. There will be intermittent breaks throughout the evening for our games, live auctions, and silent auction announcements.
